Copyright and Non-Disclosure Agreement

By using our online and/or our offline courses from Palacio De Sansol, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content provided in our online courses and Agile method services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Palacio De Sansol, a brand of Transformation & Ko B.V, and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission from Elite.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

You acknowledge that the information provided in our courses and services is confidential and proprietary to Palacio De Sansol. By accessing this information, you agree to the following:

You will not disclose any course materials, techniques, or methodologies to any third party without the prior written consent of Palacio De Sansol.
You will use the information solely for personal education and professional development.
You will take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the information, equivalent to the measures you take to protect your own confidential information.

3. Financial Consequences for Breach

If you violate any terms of this agreement, you agree to the following financial consequences:

Payment of a penalty fee of 500.000 EUR for each breach of this agreement.
Reimbursement to Palacio De Sansol for all lost revenue and profits resulting from the breach.
Compensation for any legal fees and expenses incurred by Elite Agile in enforcing this agreement.

These financial consequences are in addition to any other legal remedies available under the laws of the USA, the EU, and specifically the Netherlands.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the USA and the EU, specifically the Netherlands.

5. Termination

Palacio De Sansol reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our content and delete any copies you have made.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA and the EU, including the specific laws of the Netherlands.
